The Blazer is an autonomous maintenance solution for Air Sampling Detector (ASD) systems, designed to ensure optimal fire detection performance in dusty environments. It automatically purges dirt from sampling holes using pulsated compressed air, reducing the need for frequent and costly maintenance. The Blazer operates independently with an integrated controller that initiates cleaning cycles at selectable intervals, handling up to four sampling channels. This system extends the life of detector filters and sensors, lowering the total cost of ownership. It requires an external air compressor and power supply and features customizable cleaning durations and pulse frequencies. Additionally, it monitors air pressure and activates a fault output if pressure drops below 4 Bar.
